Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited (“KSSL”), a fully owned subsidiary of Bharat Forge Limited (“the Company”), created a totally owned subsidiary called “Sagar-Manas Technologies Limited” (“SMTL”) (CIN: U29100PN2022PLC209117).
SMTL was formed as a result of a Joint Venture Agreement signed by KSSL and Dastan Transnational Corporation Ltd. (“Dastan”), with the goal of participating in joint upgradation and manufacturing / providing solutions for marine and defense products, which will be carried out through SMTL as a special purpose vehicle.
Dastan, a Kyrgyzstan company, is a prominent multifunctional company that develops, manufactures, and sells defense equipment, electrical products, and medical centrifuges, among other things.
