JICA signs Loan agreement with India to provide Japanese ODA loans of 312.258 billion yen

Japan International Cooperation Agency signed Japanese ODA Loan Agreements with the Indian government in Delhi, to provide Japanese ODA loans of upto a total of 312.258 billion yen for seven projects.

The loan agreements were signed between Rajat Kumar Mishra, Additional Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India and Saito Mistsunori, Chief Representattive of JICA India.

Under this project a new 550km freight line from Dadri to Rewari and Vadodra to Mumbai connecting the major cities in Gujarat and Maharshtra will be constructed.
