Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren asked industrial houses to follow through on their commitments to utilise land for putting up units rather than keep it unoccupied, since it was tied to development dreams and aspirations.
Soren, speaking to a crowd after laying the foundation stone of the Dalmia Bharat Cement Plant’s second unit (Unit-2) at Balidih, Bokaro, which will cost Rs 567 crore and be built at a cost of Rs 567 crore, said attracting investment and creating huge employment was one of the state’s top priorities for all-round development.
