Ircon emerges lowest bidder for Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed rail track works

Ircon International was the lowest (L1) bidder in the National High Speed Rail Corporation’s tender for a project worth Rs 5,142 crore (NHSRCL).

For the construction of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail, the scope of work includes design, supply, and construction of track and track-related works, including testing and commissioning, for a double line high-speed railway between Zaroli village on the Maharashtra Gujarat Border (MAHSR 156.600 km) and Vadodara (MAHSR 393.700 km) in Gujarat and the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.

The project will take roughly 6.5 years to complete. NHSRCL is yet to release the letter of award (LoA).
