IRB Infra’s subsidiary Chittoor Thachur Highway executes concession agreement with NHAI

Chittoor Thachur Highway Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd, has signed a concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India, the company notified to the stock exchanges (NHAI).

The project is for the development of six lanes on the Chittoor-Thachur road from km 96.040 (Pondavakkam) to km 116.100 (Kannigaipair) in Tamil Nadu under the Bharatmala Pariyojana (Package-IV).

The project length is 20.06 kilometres, and the NHAI Bid Project Cost is Rs 652.49 crore, according to the regulatory filing. The estimated cost of the company’s Bid Project is Rs 909 crore.
