IHCL signs a Vivanta Hotel in Nashik

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed a Vivanta hotel in Nashik. The hotel, which is part of a mixed-use complex near Dwarka Circle, is managed by Deepak Builders & Developers.

Suma Venkatesh, executive VP – real estate and development, IHCL, said, “The signing of this hotel is in line with IHCL’s vision of strengthening our presence in key markets across India. Nashik has always been an integral part of India’s religious tourism circuit and has evolved to become an important industrial centre. With this hotel, IHCL will have hotels across three of its brands in the city.”

The Vivanta hotel, which will have 144 rooms, will be conveniently placed adjacent to the Nashik Freeway, near to the city’s IT zone, and the forthcoming metro station at Dwarka Circle. Mynt, an all-day eating restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a bar will be among the dining options. It’s a brownfield project with an opening date of 2023.
