ID fresh food opens 5th manufacturing unit with investment of Rs 20 crore

ID Fresh Food inaugurated a brand-new production facility in Haryana. The 15,000 square foot building cost 20 crore to construct. After Bengaluru, Dubai, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, it is the company’s sixth production site.

The fresh food industry claims that the most recent expansion was required to meet the increasing demand in the north, notably in the Delhi-NCR region. The facility would make four tonnes of Malabar and wheat parotta daily and fifteen tonnes of idly and dosa batter. Parotta manufacturing can also be boosted to meet rising customer demand. According to the company, the new facility will bring in an extra 50 crore in income in FY23.

“The demand for our idly and dosa batter, along with our Malabar parottas, has been growing, particularly in the northern markets. In order to deliver on our promise of making fresh, healthy food, without any preservatives or chemicals, easily accessible to all, it was important to invest in a new manufacturing plant,” said PC Musthafa, CEO and co-founder of iD Fresh Food.
