GulshanPolyols Ltd approached the “Department of Food and Public Distribution” (DFPD) under the modified scheme for extending financial assistance to project proponents for improving their ethanol distillation capacity or to establish distilleries for producing 1st Generation (1G) ethanol from feed stocks such as cereals, sugarcane, sugar beet, etc. in the form of interest subvention. For this, the company has received In-Principle Approval from the ‘Government of India’ for ‘grant of interest subvention’ under aforesaid scheme for maximum loan amount of Rs 1700 Million / Rs 170 crore (Rupees One Hundred Seventy crore Only) for setting up of new Grain Based Distillery of 250 KLPD with Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) System for Assam Unit. The facility is located at land in Industrial Growth Centre, Matia, District Goalpara, Assam. |
