Gulshan Polyols Ltd approached Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (‘HSBC’ or ‘Bank’) for a term loan of / INR 1700 million / INR 170 crores for the construction of a 500 KLPD ethanol plant at Boregaon, Madhya Pradesh.
As a result, on December 21, 2021, the company received a sanction letter from HSBC in response to their application.
According to the company website, Gulshan Polyols Ltd (GPL) is one of the largest manufacturers of Precipitated Calcium Carbonate and Sorbitol in India. It is a market leader with a substantial market share in the respective segments.
