Grasim Industries Limited has successfully commissioned a new Viscose Staple Fibre (VSF) (Line 5) line with a capacity of 300 tonnes per day (TPD) at its Grasim Cellulosic Division in Vilayat, Gujarat, and will begin commercial production on February 12th, 2022.
With this, the company’s overall VSF capacity has increased from 700,500 to 810,000 tonnes per year (TPA).
