Ginni Filaments Ltd, an Indian multi-locational company that produces cotton yarn, knitted fabric, nonwoven fabric, apparel, wipes, and liquid cosmetics, will start production at its brand-new, cutting-edge wet wipes facility at Panoli in Gujarat’s Bharuch district.
With the ability to produce alcohol, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic wipes, the new facility will be the largest wet wipes manufacturing facility in India. The building has FSC Certification, FDA GMP Certification, and is in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22716:2007.
The facility has a Quality Control Laboratory with accredited and calibrated instruments and a USP 32 Grade filtered water system.
It also boasts of a Microbiology Laboratory facilitated with stainless steel (SS) doors and puff panels, AHU system to maintain ISO 7 and ISO 8 class area, and passboxes to avoid contamination.
