New work orders of Rs 180.38 crore (including GST) have been given to Generic Engineering Construction and Projects for various institutional projects from several prominent clients, both existing and new, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
The contract covers the construction of a commercial complex, comprising civil structures, for Core & Shell in Mumbai, as well as the development of a data centre in Rabale for Rs 152.27 crore.
As per reports, the company has also bagged a contract of Rs 5.10 crore for the establishment of a production facility for ballot units in R&D sheds in Bengaluru, Karnataka and another project worth Rs 23.01 for construction of residential buildings at Ghatkopar and Kalyan in Maharashtra.
