Five construction companies submitted bids to build the 37.386-kilometer Package 3 of the 121.786-kilometer Shamli-Ambala Expressway project in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.

Adhoya Musalmana (Chainage 84.400) and Sadopur will be connected by Package 3 in Ambala District. In January 2022, NHAI issued a tender for its contract under the Bharatmala Pariyojana, with a budget of Rs. 769.89 crore and a deadline of 730 days (2 years).
