Ferra Aerospace India and Dynamatic Technologies Ltd. finalised their partnership to expand their capabilities in crucial aerospace manufacturing.
According to representatives from the two companies, the relationship will improve product integration, testing, and technological development of precision aerospace components and the Indian division of Ferra Engineering of Queensland, Australia. Dynamatic is situated in Bengaluru.
Cameron Dick, Treasurer and Minister for Trade and Investment for the state of Queensland, said in a statement following the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding that the partnership is about two companies with a global footprint and complementary capabilities that allow them to collaborate as a more competitive unit.
The MoU was signed by Managing Director and General Manager of Ferra Aerospace Pvt Ltd Sridhar Chintha and CEO and Managing Director of Dynamatic Technologies Limited Udayant Malhoutra in the presence of Chief Executive Officer of Trade and Investment Queensland, Justin McGowan, and senior officials from the Queensland Government.
