Emerson (St. Louis, Mo.) has announced the launch of a new integrated manufacturing facility in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, at Mahindra World City.
The 145,000-square-foot plant will produce industry-leading products for the company’s Automation Solutions division, which supplies technology to industrial customers in India and Asia to boost productivity, safety, and environmental sustainability.
The new Chennai plant is outfitted with cutting-edge manufacturing technology to produce high-quality goods for a variety of industries, including electric power generation, chemicals, energy, life sciences, automobiles, infrastructure, food and beverage, and metals and mining.
