Fantasy sports platform Dream11 has signed a lease agreement with Nucleus Office Parks, a subsidiary of private equity firm Blackstone Group, for two complete floors at One BKC in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The firm intends to relocate its headquarters from Lower Parel to the Bandra-Kurla Complex. The lease will be for five years, with the option to extend it for an additional five years at a mark-to-market rate increase.
Monthly lease rates of approximately Rs 300 per sq ft will be paid by the online gambling corporation, bringing the annual total to Rs 43 crore.
