The nation’s leading manufacturer of printing inks, cutting-edge packaging solutions, and auxiliary materials, DIC India Limited, a member of the DIC group and a well-known name in printing and packaging inks, has opened its most modern and advanced toluene-free plant for the production of liquid ink at Saykha in the Gujarati district of Bharuch.
The plant, which occupies an enormous 92,500 square metres, has the ability to produce over 10,000 tonnes of TF, KF/NTNK (Toluene Free/ Ketone Free) liquid inks during phase I in two shifts. The facility will be upgraded to create speciality and value-added goods for both domestic and international markets.
Set up with a total investment of ₹1,100 million for phase-I, the new plant will cater to the growing demand of toluene free and ketone free based inks in the country.
