Daiki Axis Japan, a producer of water treatment solutions, is establishing its second facility in India in Haryana, with an investment of Rs 200 crore, according to a company spokesperson.
During an interview with PTI, Kamal Tiwari, CEO of Daiki Axis India, said that a plant with a capacity of 1,000 sewage treatment units will be built in Palwal using Japanese “Johkasou” technology.
Daiki Axis India is a subsidiary of Daiki Axis Japan, which is situated in Japan.
According to him, the plant would be operational by September 2023, with a unit currently functioning in Vapi, Gujarat.
The Gujarat project, which has a capacity of over 800 sewage treatment plants, was launched in 2019, according to Tiwari.
With the opening of the new store, the firm hopes to expand its consumer base.
