County Group has announced the opening and start of construction on County Courtyard, an ambitious mixed-use commercial project at Netaji Subash Place, Pitampura, North Delhi.
County Group is building County Courtyard, a 1.1 million sq ft mixed-use commercial property in one of Delhi’s major commercial areas, NSP, Pitampura.
It features two buildings, each having six floors of retail space and 38 floors of office space, as well as dining and entertainment options, including a four-screen multi-plex.
The project will be divided into two towers connected by a Grand Plaza, with both Towers Wing A and Wing B covering 5300 square metres each and offering 6 levels of retail space and 38 floors of office space.
