Coromandel International Ltd., a company that deals in fertilisers and crop protection chemicals, said that it would expand into the production of specialty and industrial chemicals.
Fertilizers, crop protection chemicals, bioproducts, specialty nutrients, organic fertilisers, and retail are all areas of business for Coromandel International.
According to a statement from the business, the Board of Directors has given the go-ahead for a strategy to increase crop protection chemical operations and enter the Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) market.
The Board also approved the plan to diversify into new growth areas, namely speciality and industrial chemicals.
