The much-anticipated business jet terminal at Cochin International Airport Ltd (Cial) is almost finished, and its opening is anticipated for the second week of December.
According to official sources, the terminal, which will include five-star amenities for passengers on chartered flights in both the local and international sectors, has around 90% of its construction finished.
Last year, Cial handled around 1,000 chartered flights, and the airport plans to take advantage of this market’s potential to boost aero-vertical revenue from the premium business jet terminal.
