A production facility for pharmaceutical formulations will be built at Malipada, close to Bhubaneswar in Odisha, thanks to an investment of 100 crore by Cadila Pharmaceuticals of Ahmedabad.
The company claims that at the Make in Odisha Conclave 2022 in Bhubaneswar, it signed an investment intention form (IIF) with the Odisha government.
According to the company, the projected greenfield state-of-the-art plant will be one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in the area and will receive quick permissions from the State government.
