Bird Group’s Roseate Hotels to develop first hotel near Noida airport

The Bird Group-owned Roseate Hotels and Resorts has been chosen to build the first 220-room luxury hotel close to the new Noida International Airport in Jewar, according to officials on Monday.

A vigorous bidding procedure including some of the top international and national hospitality firms resulted in The Bird Group, which manages six facilities in India and the UK, being selected to create this hotel, according to a formal statement from the Noida International Airport (NIA).

According to the NIA, the hotel would be a “completely new concept” with cutting-edge features like smartphone access and services created specifically to meet the changing needs and expectations of international leisure and business travellers.

NIA’s chief executive officer ChristophSchnellmann said, “This marks the start of our journey towards developing a modern, consumer-centric infrastructure for travellers as well as the visitors at the airport. Roseate Hotels understands the needs of Indian customers, comes with a rich experience in managing airport hotels, and shares our ethos of a digital-led experience and sustainable infrastructure that we hope will be an extension of the experience we aim to provide at the airport.”
