The Board of Directors of BIGBLOC Construction Ltd have decided to expand its footprint in Maharashtra by installing a new Greenfield Project of AAC Blocks with a capacity of 5,00,000 cubic metres per annum in Palghar District.
This will be India’s largest factory. Capex will be around Rs. 75 crores, with a mix of debt and equity financing. Carbon credits will be available for the plant as well.
