Technical consultants are requested to submit bids for a two-year contract to provide project management consulting services for the construction of solar PV plants (floating, ground-mount, and rooftop) across India. REC Power Development and Consultancy Ltd (RECPDCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Ltd.
The bid is only intended for empanelment, and RECPDCL is not obligated to award any such work to the empaneled bidders. The tender document indicates that financial bids will be requested for a specific project from each empaneled bidder, and the specified job will be granted to the L1 bidder.
Bids are invited in two categories of project sizes: Category A (projects up to 10 MW, with a minimum 1 MW floating solar) and Category B (projects more than 10 MW and up to 50 MW, with a minimum 5 MW floating solar).
