Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL), a public sector company, has released two tenders to install and commission rooftop solar projects at two thermal power facilities in Uttar Pradesh with a combined capacity of 4 MW.
At the Jawaharpur super power thermal plant in the Etah district, the first tender is for 1.5 MW of rooftop solar power projects.
The Obra thermal power station in the Sonebhadra area is receiving another tender for the installation and commissioning of 2.5 MW of rooftop solar projects.
The deadline for submitting bids for both tenders is November 1, 2022, per the tender.
