Aster DM to invest Rs 140 crore to establish sixth hospital in Kerala

 

Aster DM Healthcare announced that it has signed a 30-year lease deal to open its sixth hospital in Kerala, bringing its total number of hospitals in India to 14.

 

Aster would invest approximately Rs. 140 crores in the projected tertiary care hospital in Kerala’s Kasaragod district, which will serve patients from Malabar and Southern Karnataka. In FY25, Aster plans to open its doors at the new hospital.

 

The new hospital will provide emergency and critical care 24 hours a day, seven days a week in areas such as neurosciences, multi-organ transplantation, oncology, gastroenterology, cardiology, pulmonology, women’s health, and paediatrics, among others.
