Gujarat’s Dahej will house a production site for the Asian Paints new branch. Asian Paints (Polymers), a subsidiary, and the Gujarati government have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a vinyl acetate ethylene emulsion (VAE) and vinyl acetate monomer (VAM) manufacturing facility at Dahej. On any significant changes in this area, the company will periodically provide the disclosures that are required. On February 20, paint manufacturer Asian Paints and the Gujarati government signed a contract to build a factory in Dahej. Through its recently created, completely owned subsidiary, Asian Paints, the agreement was signed (Polymers).
