Ashoka Baswantpur Singnodi Road Private Limited (‘SPV’), a wholly owned subsidiary of Ashoka Buildcon Limited (‘the Company’), signed a Concession Agreement for the Project with the National Highways Authority of India (‘NHAI’).
Development of 6 lane Access Controlled Greenfield Highways on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) under Bharatmala Pariyojana from KM 162.500 to KM 203.100 Baswantpur to Singnodi stretch of NH-150C (Package IV of Akkalkot-KNT/TS Border)’.
As required by the Concession Agreement, the SPV was formed as a fully owned subsidiary of the Company to carry out this project. The project cost accepted in the bid is Rs.1,079.00 crore.
