Arctechpopens joint venture solar equipment manufacturing facility in Gujarat

Gujarat is now home to Gujarat’s first joint venture manufacturing facility from solar equipment manufacturer Arctech.

The company is a leading provider of tracking, racking, and BIPV systems (Building Integrated Photovoltaics).

The new Mundra plant of the joint venture Jash Energy is modelled after Arctech’s current Chinese manufacturing base with regard to its automatic production line and first-rate manufacturing management system.

“We have shipped more than 3.5 GW of tracking and racking products to India in the last few years. By having this local production plant, we can guarantee a shorter delivery timeline, quicker response to needs, and most of all, a more competitive pricing strategy,” informs Gail Chen, General Manager of East Asia and India at Arctech, and Director and CEO of Jash Energy.
