Anupam Rasayan, a custom synthesis and specialty chemical firm, has signed a $95 million letter of intent (LoI) with one of the top ten international to deliver a new life science-related active component.
For the next five years, the company will offer this life science-related specialty chemical product under a long-term contract. This novel chemical is in addition to the customer’s existing product portfolio.
Anand Desai, MD, Anupam Rasayan, said, “In this financial year we have signed LoIs worth Rs 1,800 crores and contracts worth Rs 820 crore, taking the total contracts/LoIs to Rs 2,620 crore.”
