According to a statement from Maharashtra Airport Development Company, Anjani Logistics has secured a four-acre site at MIHAN in an open bidding procedure to develop a housing and commercial complex (MADC).
The Multi-modal International Cargo Center and Airport at Nagpur (MIHAN), according to the statement, has emerged as an information technology (IT), aviation, and agri-business hub, creating thousands of direct and indirect jobs.
With increased employment, there is a greater demand for residential and commercial complexes to satisfy the everyday requirements of the people at MIHAN.
