Aether Industries Limited has commercialised manufacturing site 3 in Sachin, Surat-394230, Gujarat, India, at Plot No. 8202/1, Road No. 8, GIDC Industrial Estate.
The total CAPEX planned for the site is approximately Rs. 190 Cr., of which Rs. 163 Cr. was raised through the IPO that we completed in June 2022, and the remaining Rs. 27 Cr. was funded through internal accruals. The trial runs have begun, and commercial production of the plant will begin in the coming days.
The Manufacturing Site 3 will add capacities to the north of 3500 MT per annum for production of our five new specialty chemicals / intermediates for the Pharma Sector, which will be launched.
