Aditya Auto Products & Engineering, a Bangalore-based automotive systems provider, has formed a joint venture with Edscha, a global automotive supplier. The two businesses will collaborate to design, manufacture, and distribute door checks, hinge systems, parking brakes, and latches under the name “Edscha Aditya Automotive Systems.”
Aditya Auto is a major supplier of automotive components to India’s passenger and commercial vehicle manufacturers. The firm has more access to the Indian market as a result of this joint venture, improving both its market position and product portfolio.
The Joint Venture’s Chakan business provides the basis for both customer-focused and direct supply to Indian vehicle makers.
