Under Khavda-Bhuj Transmission Ltd, Adani Transmission Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) for the acquisition of a renewable energy evacuation system.
The company’s implementation of the project, with an anticipated capital of more than Rs1,200 crore, will help evacuate roughly 3 GW of renewable energy from Khavda, Gujarat. In addition, the company received a letter of intent to acquire Karur Transmission Ltd.
The project was won by ATL through the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process, and the project’s letter of intent has been received.
The transmission project in Gujarat will be built, owned, operated, and maintained by ATL for 35 years.
