Vidarbha Cargo’s XSIO Logistic Park Expansion Project
Vidarbha Cargo is planning to take up XSIO logistic park expansion project in Wadgaon (Gujar), Tehsil: Hingna, Nagpur, Maharashtra. The project involves construction of Xsio Logistics Park over the total plot area of 32.45 Ha. The proposed project will have 9 nos. of sheds amongst which 4 i.e. X-1,X-2,X-3,X-4A are already constructed in Phase I and 2 i.e. X-4B in Phase I and X-5 in Phase II are under construction and 3 i.e. X-6,X-7,X-8 are proposed in Phase II. The Total construction BUA is 1,87,416.30 Sq. Mt. (Phase I – 92,013.02 Sq. Mt. and Phase II -95,403.28 Sq. Mt.). The estimated cost of the project is Rs.3775 million. As of July 2022,
