- Reichhold India is planning to take up new polyester resins manufacturing project in Koregaon Park, Pune, Maharashtra. The project involves manufacturing of unsaturated polyester resin, gelgoat, bonding paste, vinylester resins with capacity 29000 MT. The company has filed industrial entreprenuers’ memorandum on September 2019. As of January 2020, pre project activities are going on.
- Riddhi Siddhi Chemoreresin is planning to take up new rosin manufacturing unit in Chettiya Garud, Bageshwar, Uttarakhand. The project involves manufacturing of rosin stabilized 500 MT, rosin n grade 300 MT, rosin m grade 200 MT, rosin wg grade 200 MT, turpentine 150 MT, turpentine ip 100 MT and pitch 70 MT. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.30 million. As of January 2020, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Vasavibala Resins is planning to take up new polymeric resins manufacturing unit in Pillaipakkam Gram Panchayat, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu. The project involves setting up new manufacturing unit of polymeric resins 800 MT/Month and formulated products 250 MT/month. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.41.9 million. As of February 2020, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Atul Polychem is planning to take up resins manufacturing expansion project in Raokhedi, Post: Mangaliya, A.B. Road, Tehsil: Sanwer, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The project involves expanding the manufacturing capacity of resins from 2700 MT/annum to 11000 MT/annum. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.29.75 million. As of February 2020, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Chemieresin Industries is planning to take up new resin manufacturing unit in GIDC, Naroda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The project involves establishment of new unit for manufacturing of resin with capacity 750 MT/Month. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.20 million. As of February 2020, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Jesons Techno Polymers is planning to take up new high impact polystyrene resin manufacturing project in Adani Ports & Special Economics Zone Ltd, Mundra, Kutch, Gujarat. The project involves manufacturing high impact polystyrene resin with capacity 12000 MT. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on December 2019. As of March 2020, the project is in planning stage.
- Duroply Industries is planning to take up new synthetic organic chemicals expansion project in Shapar, Ta. Kotda Sangani, Rajkot, Gujarat. The project involves expanding the manufacturing capacity of plywood & block board up to 5,00,000 sq.m with inclusion of flush doors and synthetic resins (for captive consumption) up to 385 TPM. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.64.8 million. As of March 2020, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Sarara Chemicals is planning to take up new synthetic resin manufacturing project in Kuakandar, Darjeeling, West Bengal. The project involves manufacturing of Urea- Formaldehyde Resin (3780 Tons per Annum) and Phenol- Formaldehyde Resin (1620 TPA). In February 2018, the project was submitted for the first level of environmental clearance and was accorded the same in March 2018. As of May 2020, the project has been given final environmental clearance by ministry of Environment and forest.As of May 2020, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Niser Industries is planning to take up new synthetic organic chemicals manufacturing project in Bagathala, Morbi, Gujarat. The project involves manufacturing of Urea Formaldehyde Resin (300 MT/Month), Unsaturated Polyester Resin (50 MT/Month) and Phenol Formaldehyde Resin 100 MT/Month. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.14 million. In Mar 2019, the project was submitted for the first level of environmental clearance. As of June 2020, the project has been given final environmental clearance by ministry of Environment and forest.
