Haryana govt to sell 15-crore land block in Gurgaon

Vikas Gupta, managing director of Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC), said that the Haryana government would sell a 150-acre land block in Gurgaon as part of its ambition to invest Rs 4,800 crore in constructing infrastructure for a global metropolis.

Manohar Lal Khattar, Haryana’s chief minister, had a series of meetings with developers from the NCR, Bangalore, and Mumbai to help create the city of Gurgaon on the 1,003-acre property it selected along the Dwarka Expressway.

“The CM is actively involved in the creation of the world class city and the first phase is expected to start in July. We will also start work on infrastructure, which will include road and metro connectivity and helipad among others,” Gupta said.
