Omsairam Steels and Alloys’ MS Billets Expansion Project
Omsairam Steels and Alloys is planning to take up a MS billets expansion project in Additional MIDC Phase II, Daregaon, Jalna, Maharashtra. The project involves expansion of MS billets (2000 MT/Day) and TMT Bars (2000 MT/Day). The project is estimated to cost Rs.1480 million. As of June 2022, the company has received consent from the state pollution control authorities to establish the project.
Petronet LNG’s Dahej Terminal Expansion Project
Petronet LNG is planning to take up dahej terminal expansion project in Gujarat. The project involves expand its terminal capacity in Dahej, Gujarat, from 15 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) to 20MTPA in the next two or three years. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.21000 million. Of the total, Rs.13000 million would be used to expand the Dahej terminal, while Rs.8000 million will be spent on building LNG storage tanks. Dahej terminal’s capacity to 22.5 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) to meet rising demand. As of June 2022, Expansion of Regasification Capacity of Dahej Terminal from 20 MMTPA to 25 MMTPA with investment Rs.2718.6 Million. The environment clearance for the project is underway.
