AG&P Pratham plans to build 11 CNG stations

Over the next eight years, AG&P Pratham, the city-gas distribution arm of Singapore-based (Atlantic Gulf and Pacific) AG&P Group, proposes to build 11 compressed natural gas (CNG) stations and offer piped natural gas (PNG) service in Ramanathapuram.

The business has started installing steel pipeline between Ramanathapuram and Keelakarai in order to give families, commercial organisations, and industrial units in the area with simple access to CNG and PNG.

In the next eight years, AG&P Pratham plans to build 11 CNG filling stations and provide PNG to 41,311 households, according to a company statement.

“We are doing some spectacular work in Ramanathapuram to make living more sustainable for its citizens by providing them easy access to economical natural gas”, company Regional Head, E Poomari said.
