Despite having vast natural resources, Sarma claims that the state has lagged behind in harnessing the renewable energy sector’s potential owing to a lack of appropriate planning.
He stated that the Amguri Solar Park would strengthen the electricity sector even more, and that this project will always be remembered as a watershed moment in the state’s history.
