- Chloride Metals is planning to take up new pure lead manufacturing project in :Mouza:Basudebpur & Kashbere, Midnapur, West Bengal . The project involves manufacturing of pure lead, lead alloys and small parts castings with capacity 180000 MTPA. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on December 2019. As of March 2020, the project is in planning stage.
- Genesis Impex is planning to take up new lead ingots manufacturing project in Dhamdachi, Valsad, Gujarat. The project involves manufacturing lead ingots with capacity 20400 MT. The company has filed industrial entrepreneurs’ memorandum on December 2019. As of March 2020, the project is in planning stage.
- Hindustan Zinc is planning to take up underground lead – zinc ore expansion project in Bamnia Kalan & Sindesar Kalan, Tehsil: Railmagra, Dist : Rajsamand, Rajasthan. The project involves expansion of underground lead – zinc ore production from 0.12MTPA to 1.5 MTPA (ROM 2.0 MTPA) at ML 39/83 comprising Bamnia Kalan and adjoining Sindesar Kalan deposits. ML number is 39/83 having an area of 383.78ha and the same is valid up to 29.10.2035 and Mine Plan No 682(23)(505)/2007 dated 27-4-2007. Ore body is contiguous with an adjacent area.. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.6440 million. As of May 2020, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Badebaba Mining and Consultancy is planning to take up new manganese ore beneficiation plant in Selwa, Tehsil – Katangi, Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh. The project involves setting up facility for Manganese Ore beneficiation of total capacity of 0.5 MTPA. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.50 million. As of August 2020, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Excel mining And Infra Services is planning to take up new mineral beneficiation plant in Sandur, Bellary, Karnataka. The project involves establish a mineral beneficiation plant of 4.99 Lakh tons per annum capacity in the patta land over an extent 16.77 acres, situated in Sy. No. 89 (part), 97/3, 98, 99 in Jaisinghpur (Venkatagiri) village, Sandur Taluk, Ballari District of Karnataka State. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.132.3 million. As of August 2020, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Hindustan Zinc is planning to take up new zinc smelting plant in GIDC Doswada, Taluka Songadh, Tapi, Gujarat. The project involves setting up Zinc Smelting Plant with capacity of 1×0.35 MPTA of Zinc Smelter along with Fumer Plant, 2X90 MW of captive power plant and 35 MW WHRB. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.50000 million. As of October 2020, environment clearance for the project is underway.
