Sunrays Infrastructure Pvt Ltd plans to build 1.4 lakh square feet of commercial space at R Plaza 79 in Sector-79, Faridabad, Haryana. The first phase of the project includes 1.3 lakh square feet of commercial space, with a revenue potential of Rs 200 crore.
The 2.7-acre plot of land was purchased by the firm in 2011 with the goal of completing the project within two years.
Sunrays infrastructure private limited director Om Chaudhary said,”This project will make a difference in this area. The concept of a low rise developer of the project will bring footfall from across Delhi NCR.”
