- Airports Authority of India is planning to take up new terminal building construction project in Tuticorin Airport, Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu. The project involves construction of a new terminal building, ATC tower-cum-technical block, fire station and associated works including maintenance, operation and AICMC. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.1746.3 million. As of February 2020, environment clearance for the project is underway
- Government of Assam is planning to take up new water aerodrome development project in Umrrangso Reservoir Dam, Dima Hasao District, Assam. The project involves development of water aerodrome with terminal building on the land side and allied facilities.. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.200 million. As of April 2020, environment clearance for the project is underway.
- Government of Gujarat is planning to take up new water aerodrome development project in Sabarmati Riverfront, Paldi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The project involves development of water aerodrome. The proposed Terminal will be spread over the plot area of ~1.12 Acres/ 0.455 Ha. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.220 million. As of August 2020, environment clearance for the project is underway
- Government of India is planning to take up new airport underpass construction project in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The project involves setting up of Airport underpass. Officials of the Airports Authority of India (AAI) said Singapore-based Meinhardt Group had been given the contract for the work. There will be two tunnels, one for transporting passengers and the other for moving baggage from the new integrated terminal to the satellite terminal. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.16000 million. As of September 2020, the company has fully acquired the required land for the project and the current status of the project is under development stage and is being developed through the EPC route.
- Airports Authority of India is planning to take up new integrated passenger terminal in Trichy airport, Trichy, Tamil Nadu. The project involves expansion work which include new terminal building, a new apron and a new air traffic control (ATC) tower. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.9512.8 million. As of October 2020, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had laid the foundation stone for the construction of a new terminal building
- Airports Authority of India is planning to take up new integrated terminal building construction project in Maharashtra. The project involves construction of integrated terminal building able to process 2,300 passengers (1,700 domestic and 600 international) during peak hours. More than 40 percent of the work is completed, and the new building is spread in over five lakh sq ft area. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.4750 million. As of October 2020, This project expected to be completed by March 2022.
- Government of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation is planning to take up new domestic terminal building construction project in Peelamedu, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The project involves construction of domestic terminal building in coimbatore international airport. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.1460.9 million. The project is expected to start on March 2021 and is anticipated to complete on March 2023. As of December 2020, the company has fully acquired the required land for the project and DPR / feasibility study is in progress and is being developed through the EPC route
