Challa Chlorides’ New Synthetic Organic Chemicals Mfg. Unit
Challa Chlorides is planning to take up new synthetic organic chemicals manufacturing unit in MIDC, Chincholi, Sholapur, Maharashtra. The
project involves establishment of synthetic organic chemicals manufacturing unit with capacity 3500 TPM. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.45 million. As of July 2021, the project has been given final environmental clearance by ministry of
Environment and forest.
Wheels India’s New Wind Energy Plant
Wheels India is planning to take up new wind energy plant in Thervoy Kandigai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The project involves wind energy segment
and would set up up a plant. Currently have built up capacity for 3.50 lakh wheels and will be taking this upto 7.50 lakh wheels. The estimated cost of
the project is Rs.1000 million. On June 2021, environment clearance for the project is underway. As of July 2021, project involves manufacturing of wind turbine castings, fabricated engineering components related to wind and railway sector 18600 MT/Y. The company has received consent from the state pollution control
authorities to establish the project
