Nitin Gadkari lays foundation for 33 national highways projects in Raipur

Nitin Gadkari, the Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, recently inaugurated and lay the foundation stone for 33 National Highway projects in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

These infrastructural projects are valued at Rs 9,240 crore, according to a statement released by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.

The Union Minister stated at the event that these National Highway road projects will improve connectivity between Chhattisgarh and the states of Jharkhand, Odisha, MP, UP, and Maharashtra.

Gadkari further stated that a smooth road network will be accessible to connect Chhattisgarh’s backward parts with the state’s developed areas, making it easier for the people to access tourism and cultural sites in Mungeli and Kabirdham.
