Durgapur Projects Limited (DPL) has issued a notice inviting tender (NIT) for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of 20 MW grid-connected solar projects, including module manufacture, on its thermal power plant.
The project will be split into three halves, each having a capacity of 7 MW, 8 MW, or 5 MW. Within 12 months of receiving the grant letter, the projects must be finished. For a period of five years, successful bidders will be responsible for the project’s operations and maintenance (O&M). Bids must be sent by May 14, 2022, to be considered. Bidding will begin on May 18.
West Bengal’s Durgapur Projects will host the three projects. The land is divided into three sections: 50 acres, 28 acres, and 30 acres.
