SFC Energy and FC TecNrgy, both of Germany, have signed an agreement to manufacture hydrogen and methanol fuel cells in India.
According to a statement, the company wants to open a production facility, a research and development centre, and a repair centre in Gurugram, Haryana.
They’ve also announced the debut of the EFOY Hydrogen Fuel Cell in India, which is expected to play a key part in reaching the country’s National Hydrogen objectives, which include producing up to 5 million tonnes of green hydrogen by 2030.
The EFOY Hydrogen is a modular, emission-free hydrogen fuel cell system that satisfies the highest needs of professional users as a perfect alternative for diesel generators in a variety of industrial applications.
