Patel Engineering, a hydropower-focused civil construction firm, announced that it has been awarded a Rs. 419.70 crore contract by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) for the “Construction of Tunnel from Powai to Ghatkopar High Level Reservoir and further upto Ghatkopar Low Level Reservoir.”
Patel Engineering Limited has been given a contract to build a tunnel connecting Powai and Ghatkopar High Level Reservoirs, as well as a tunnel connecting Powai and Ghatkopar Low Level Reservoirs (Remaining Works).
The Municipal Commissioner, for and on behalf of the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM), issued a tender for construction on a Design-Build basis.
