Surya Roshni Ltd has announced that commercial production on a state-of-the-art imported mill for manufacturing Heavy Structural Hollow Square / Rectangular Section Steel Tubes of sizes > 6 mm to 12 mm with Direct Forming Technology (OFT) at Gwalior (MP) with an installed capacity of 36,000 MTPA began on April 14, 2022.
With the introduction of the new technology (DFT), it not only paves an innovative path of high-tech designed methodology to produce ERW Structural Steel Section Pipes and simplify the process by reducing the time and labour of producing customised hollow section pipes and making operation setting accurate, easy, and efficient, but it also allows us to improve our value-added offerings of large diameter heavy structural pipes, resulting in the creation of a larger and stronger product.
